Compact, mobile and totally integrated, this Industravac vacuum system provides convenient cleanup of mercury vapor spills to eliminate an environmental hazard. PHARMACEUTICAL PROBLEM SOLVED. An American pharmaceutical giant needed special blowers for two overseas plants to dispose of high temperature, corrosive waste gases. We designed four special fabricated blowers, met strict European codes for blowers in explosive atmospheres, found European sources for components not available in the U.S. and provided mechanical and electrical startup services in two countries. MANUFACTURING PROBLEM SOLVED. To protect its employees and avoid an OSHA fine, a lighting manufacturer needed a one-of-a-kind mobile vacuum cleaning system that would prevent the release of toxic mercury vapor during fluorescent tube production. Spencer delivered more than requested. Special provisions include an air compressor and storage tank, cartridge separator with periodic automated cleaning, activated carbon filter and high-efficiency HEPA filter.

Single stage regenerative blowers are workhorses in many industrial, commercial, municipal, and institutional settings that require efficient air and/or gas movement. With a high degree of application flexibility plus a low level of noise and heat production, regenerative single stage blowers are prized for their ability to move large quantities of air in a non-positive displacement fashion. Instead of using positive displacement to force the movement of air, a regenerative blower relies on the simplicity of its design to move air over its rotating blades and out through its exit port. Typically small and requiring little maintenance, this style of blower is widely used in settings that need a consistent rate of air flow to remove contaminants like smoke, vapors, and dust.

This highly efficient, super-quiet compressor from Thomas Compressors features a 4-1/2-gallon horizontal tank and delivers 2-3/4 cfm at 100 psi with air displacement of 4.8 cfm. The Perma-Lube oil-less design allows for maintenance-free operation and quick cold-weather starts. The low 12 amp draw operates on a 15 amp circuit and is approved for up to 100 feet of 12-gauge extension cord. The factory-set pressure switch starts at 100 psi and stops at 125 psi with an 18-second recovery.

Optional safety features such as vibration, bearing temperature and low flow monitors can alert personnel to dangerous situations such as material accumulation, heat buildup, low bearing lubricant or a gas flow obstruction. For vacuum systems, you can be notified of dirty or broken filters and full collectors. Controls can also operate various types of material discharge devices.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship via LTL, USPS, or UPS Ground. If you require a quicker shipping method please contact us for a price quote. When an item is marked Freight please contact us for a shipping quote. A .00 pallet fee will be included with your quote for items shipping on a standard pallet. Items requiring a larger pallet will have a higher pallet fee. We will need to know your zip code and whether the shipment is delivering to a Residential or Commercial address. If you need a lift-gate or not, a telephone number, and what day and time the delivery can be made. We will do everything possible to aid in arranging for delivery or LTL shipping.
If you are picking an item up or arranging your own freight, the Item must be picked up in 10 working days. After 10 days a storage fee of a day will apply unless prior arrangements are made.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International Freight Shipments we can ship to the US Borders as long as you can provide Transportation from there to your location and have a customs broker to clear the shipment.
RETURNS
Items listed for parts or repair can not be returned. Returned Item MUST be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED state! Return is VOID if any alterations, repairs, damages, etc have occurred. NO refund will be issued. All items returned must include everything sent, including all original boxes, packing, accessories, hardware, manuals, etc. Serial Numbers must be verified. NO refund will be issued until after return order is complete.
