in great looking condition,near mint,with own Charging Dock and USB Data Cable Cord

no power ac adapter,is tested with my ac adapter and works great to all functions but the battery no keeps power for long time,seems It will likely need to be replaced.the devise works perfect.coming with a minidisc with some songs inside
WARNING..sold as it ,for parts or repair.
also MAY HAVE SOME VERY LIGHT SCRATCHES OR MARKS
