Impressive Antique Art Nouveau Victorian Oversized Locket Chunky Chain Y Necklace
Unknown gold finish metal/Amethyst glass teardrop solitaire/Tiny fawn gray glass stones
18" thick chain with large classic spring clasp, 11" drop length chain, 2 3/4" x 1 3/8" locket (closed)
Total drop length for chain and locket is 14"
This is a truly incredible and impressive antique Art Nouveau era locket
I find no markings or hallmarks, but this did not test as gold
It is most likely gold filled; but without markings, I am not qualified to make that determination
This piece is in beautiful shape
It has a couple tiny, minimal pin-point sized dings on backside of locket (see photo of back)
The locket has latch, but I feel it needs a bit of adjusting to make locket remain closed securely
It does not fly open, but also does not hold securely
A little tweaking to the catch will do the job
Please keep in mind that while I do offer a 30 day return on this purchase,
once any attempt to clean or alter this
piece has been made in any way, it is no longer eligible for return
Item must be returned in exact condition as shown/stated in listing
Estate find/Very Good condition
(Given the age of this necklace I honestly lean toward condition being excellent)
