Sprinkler head guards do not protect sprinkler heads from direct impact or abuse.  Fire sprinkler head must be fully exposed to use this head guard.  Cannot be used with sprinkler heads that are recessed with escutcheon rings.  If you have a recessed fire sprinkler, please purchase a recessed fire sprinkler head guard.
