Beautiful autographed card
of former baseball Commissioner A.B. "Happy" Chandler. Albert Benjamin "Happy" Chandler, Sr. was an American politician from Kentucky. He represented the "Bluegrass" state in the U.S. Senate and served as its' 44th and 49th governor.
He was also the second Commissioner of Major League Baseball from 1945 to 1951. Card has been graded a PSA 8, near mint to mint.
